Woodlands have been generally supportive for me. I haven't accessed them for medical transition related care. They have checked my preferred name and pronouns during appointments without being prompted by me, and updated this on my notes/their system, and I have always been gendered correctly.
I accessed support for possible PCOS and general menstrual cycle related care. The GP I saw discussed with me hormonal contraceptives, and the potential impacts/interactions with testosterone. I've experienced them to be generally knowledgeable.
I have had one GP make assumptions about the medical transition steps I want to take, rather than asking me.

I started using this practice this summer, and after weeks of bouncing around admin woes they are prescribing, monitoring, and administering (triptorelin) my HRT in a shared care agreement with my private endocrinologist. Rating is neutral due to sheer number of admin difficulties, though none were ostensibly related to me being trans specifically.

I recently moved to woodlands surgery and have been very pleased with them so far.
They immediately took on prescribing my HRT and actively sought to arrange shared care with my private endo without me needing to prompt them about it.
I've not had too many interactions so far, but haven't encountered any staff that were not respectful of my pronouns.

I've been at the Woodlands for 20 years and they've always done their best with regards to my transition related care. They are happy to take onboard new information/feedback regarding transition medication, eg. if you are on testosterone, they will prescribe supplementary functional topical estrogen.

I switched to this practice on the recommendation of some friends. Initially they said they would do shared care with Imago. I got a shared care agreement from Imago and sent it to Woodlands, but in the end they wouldn't take on prescribing estrogel for me. However, they are doing my HRT monitoring blood tests, which is what I really wanted.
I had a couple of appointments where the doctors spent a bit too much time talking about my gender when I'd come in for an unrelated issue, but most of my appointments have been quite good.
