  Referred to GIC in 2015, but experienced a long and uncommunicated delay that *may* have been due to an internal miscommunication.
  
  Otherwise supportive wrt NHS HRT prescriptions and blood tests, name change, NHS number change, gynae exams. Admin staff and clinicians respectful. No issues as of 2025.
