My partner and I (both transgender) were with this surgery from 2019 to 2025,specifically with GP Dr [...]. [They] wrote NHS GIC referrals for both of us, and [were] overall very respectful and neither of us felt there was ever an issue with [them]. [They were] happy to do shared care HRT prescribing with a private clinic for my partner, and there were no problems regarding language/pronouns/etc when I (transmasculine) needed a hospital referral for gynaecological issues.
The admin team were occasionally hit and miss but never hostile or rude, and they changed names and gender markers with no questions.
The clinic did not offer blood monitoring as part of the private shared care plan, however. I do not know if they would for DIY or NHS patients.Notes from the moderator...

No problems with prescribing me testosterone gel via NHS GIC. They will not let me switch to injections though, which is not ideal. No problems changing my gender marker and name.

My GP at Huntingdon Road referred me to a GIC with no questions asked. I haven't spoken to them about gender since that referral. When talking about other issues, they have since misgendered me more than once and don't seem to remember that I'm trans, but other than being annoying it hasn't affected how they treat me.
