GPs were happy to refer me and changing my name with them was easy once I’d gotten a deed poll, as far as I’m aware will not change without one. They are awkward to book blood tests with, and do not know what to test for without a letter from a gender clinician (and even then have not known what they were supposed to be testing for after a few years since the first letter)
Some staff have used incorrect pronouns in my notes, despite being aware of my identity.
This GPs have my gender marked as transgender within their system - and my medical record with them also has me as transsexual. These things don’t immediately concern me, but may be something that is a concern to others.

They're not great. It was a big struggle getting myself down as the correct gender, with the reception staff initially insisting I had to be put down as "an Mx" until I'd had "the full transition", and even after that all got sorted out (via complaint to [...]), I got mysteriously deregistered and had to fill in the registration paperwork again. At the time I was there, they were clearly lacking sufficient capacity to do blood tests in a timely fashion and had no decent way to schedule them in advance, and it felt uncertain at times whether they were actually happy to continue administering my HRT.
