Access or Delete your Personal Data
While all reports about experiences at GP surgeries made on this site are anonymous, they are still legally protected as personal data. As such you have a right to access it, and to request for it to be deleted. You can do that on this page.
To verify your identity, and to identify which data should be accessed or deleted, you will need to provide us with the unique ID you were provided when you shared the data with us.
